1. Company Information
Shunsheng Plastics is a plastic packaging manufacturer located in Xiong County, Hebei, China. We specialize in custom plastic bags including courier bags, high-pressure bags, shopping bags, garbage bags, and printed packaging products.
2. Orders & Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, order quantity, and customization requirements.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive your written confirmation and the required deposit
.- Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins.
3. Payment Terms
- Standard payment term: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment.
- Other payment terms may be negotiated for established customers.
- All bank transfer fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Production & Lead Time
- Stock items: 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
- Custom printed orders: 7–15 working days after artwork approval and deposit receipt.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, raw material availability, or force majeure.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We support sea freight, air freight, and international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
- Delivery timeframes provided are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or force majeure.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB terms unless otherwise agreed).
6. Quality & Inspection
- Products are inspected before shipment according to agreed specifications.
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt. Any quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos and order details.
- Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- For stock items with quality issues, we will offer replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion after verification.
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of Shunsheng Plastics and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs they provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, pandemics, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that specific order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in China.
